seven-day service to assist individuals in their homes and community with stabilizing a mental health crisis. A mental health crisis can happen to anyone at any time. Having immediate, professional support can help balance your mental health needs and set you up for success in the future.
Virginia has always trended with the Nations movement towards prioritizing and stabilizing our country's mental health crisis. Community Crisis Stabilization officially transitioned to a DMAS rendered service in January 2018 to all individuals under the CCC Plus Medicaid plans.
